SIKYONIA. Sikyon. Circa 335-330 BC. Stater (Silver, 24 mm, 12.30 g, 3 h). Chimaira walking left on ground line; above, wreath; below, ΣE. Rev. Dove flying left; below the dove's head, N; all within olive wreath. BCD Peloponnesos 218. BMC 57. Traité III, 776. A beautiful coin with magnificent old collection toning and a splendid reverse. Small die break on the reverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
